The StaytheCourse P.H.O.N.E. Tag program is designed for community
members who are unable to leave their homes for personal, physical, or
emotional reasons. We want to reach out to you and let you know we
How the program works: We will pair you with a phone tag buddy who
will contact you by phone, e-mail, or snail mail to talk, laugh, find out
how you are progressing, what your needs may be, and how we may be
of assistance. Your tag buddy will keep you connected to the things
happening at StaytheCourse and encourage you to participate at your
pace.
