

| StaytheCourse™ Fitness Support Community presents: live n' lite is a group of ongoing monthly classes created to teach you behavior change and healthy skills that will allow you reach your health and weight goals. This class is for men and women who are serious about wanting to change their lives. live n' lite is not a support group (support is offered through other StaytheCourse programs) instead, it is an actual class with homework and classroom discussion. In these classes you will develop tools and strategies to help regain control and ownership of your life, your eating, your body, and your mind. Though our goal is to help you lose weight, this is NOT a diet, nor a quick fix. This is about making small, permanent behavioral changes that will add up to a lifetime of success. We will be a positive class full of hope and tangible methods to overcome the reality of our daily obstacles. We will not be focusing on the obstacles, but on skills and strategies to conquer those obstacles. We will work to eliminate all, or nothing thinking. We will take our gaze away from the ‘all powerful’ scale and focus on all of our successes. We will work to enjoy the lifelong journey we have begun. All you have to do is to make yourself important and work at it. This is about you and what you want to achieve. What live n' lite offers:
